The Nho Que river snakes its way along the eastern side of the Ha Giang loop in Meo Vac. Certainly one of the more iconic views of the trip as you cruise through Tu San Canyon.
The boat rides are worth taking. Just the ride down to the river off of the main road can provide some great photo spots. There two main docks to catch a boat Ta Lang and Xin Cai near Ma Pi Leng Pass.
The boat tickets are 150k and the first boats leave around 07:30. Be careful on the drive down, the road is steep and can be slippery.
Another interest Nho Que river crossing is the bamboo ferry from Meo Vac to Bao Lac.
